Driving to work the other day I noticed a collection of sad displays. On New York Ave (Rt. 50) just before N Capitol St NW in DC, I saw the trash left out for morning pickup. It was a poster project obviously done by an elementary school student, made with care and pride. Left for trash. Across the street, two homeless men were sleeping on a church's front steps. A block away the locals started to get their 8am drink on. My view towards the south was of the US Capitol dome. God bless America. And nowhere else. Meanwhile, Bush has personally killed almost 4000 US soldiers while committing treason and dismantling our freedoms. They join the military for one of two reasons: an attempt to escape poverty or a false sense of patriotism. Bush depends on those who do not question. Lucky for him, there is quite a pool available.

I really like this song. Have a listen looky: Hide And Seek (Imogen Heap).

I'm rebuilding the studio!

Finally, I'm wiring and positioning and assembling and creating. I got my beloved Farfisa VIP-233 back from Maine where it was doing very little. I've turned my shitty useless-for-anything-but-looping laptop computer into something I can use creatively. In the next month or two I will tear down a wall seperating the studio from a storage room (to be emptied) for expansion and room to flail about. The drums all have their own fancy mics hooked into its own mixing board. I'd go on, but I'll just post pics when it is all done.

Also, DC Metro piggies sent me another camera speeding ticket. And, of course, because it is illegal for them to implement this type of "law enforcement," I have requested a hearing. Now I'm pissed, and I want to see the source code in these unit so I can view for myself what type of shifty tactics they're using to make money. Pfft. Phooey. Puh!
